Mouse IL-7

A hematopoietic cytokine vital for the development, expansion, and survival of naive and memory T-cells and B-cells, IL-7 regulates the population of mature lymphocytes and maintains lymphoid homeostasis. It operates through a receptor composed of the IL7RA subunit and the common gamma subunit (CSF2RG). Receptor binding activates kinases JAK1 or JAK3, leading to downstream signaling through pathways such as PI3K/Akt/mTOR and JAK-STAT5.
